The infringement of exclusive rights generated by the broadcasting of football matches are not included in Art. 270.1 of the Criminal Code as a literary, artistic or scientific work or service. 3. Although there may be some moments with undeniable aesthetic value in a football match, as in any sports event, to interpret these moments or sequences of technical perfection as defining features of an artistic event may lead to the transgression of the limits of the principle of typicality. 4. A football game is a sporting event, not an artistic one.
